However, achieving this is not a simple task, it involves planning a strategy based o streamlining business management n delivering valuable content to your target audience and constantly monitoring different indicators . In the words of Juan Carlos:

This means that in Social Media , to attract new buyers, you must turn strangers into friends and friends into customers . If you try to turn a stranger into a customer, you will only get adverse reactions from the audience.
