Legal segment on the rise

Following a global trend, the Lead Generation Panorama study in Brazil showed a drop in the conversion rate of websites: the index went from 3.81% to 3.19% , compared to the 2021 result.

According to the survey, this drop is a reflection of an increasingly competitive utilize messaging to maintain customer relationships and saturated market, which demands creative conversion optimization solutions from brands.

The Legal segment, especially law firms, has the highest conversion rates among all the companies analyzed. Next comes the Services (4.02%) and Financial (4%) segments.

The Real Estate segment, repeating the pattern of the last study, had the lowest result, with 1.53% conversion.

 

Linkedin: a growing channel for B2B

Considering the traffic and conversion behavior of 542 companies in the B2B segment in the whatsapp filter database study base, it was found that the median conversion rate for the segment is 2.64%.

Following the Brazilian trend, the conversion rate of B2B companies decreased when compared to its result in 2021 (previously, it was 3.60%). In addition, the highest median found in the panorama is 6.18% and the lowest, 0.91%.

However, the survey reveals an interesting fact, showing that LinkedIn Ads, despite being little explored in Brazil, is consolidating itself as one of the best channels for generating B2B leads .

Its conversion rate grew from 2.31% in 2021 to 3.59% in 2023.

An interesting fact is that, even with a high volume of conversions, the purchase intention and maturity of leads tend to be lower on social media than on search channels, increasing the level of difficulty in closing the sale.

Meta Ads (or Facebook Ads ) stood out in the Lead Generation Panorama study in Brazil as the channel with the best conversion rate, 4.23%, surpassing the result of 2.26% achieved in 2021.
